Daniel C. Thibodeau is an experienced criminal defense and civil trial attorney providing excellent legal advice and strategic representation to clients in Waterbury, Middlebury and all over Connecticut. Widely regarded for his trial skills and personability, he joined the law firm of Minnella, Tramuta & Edwards, Attorneys at Law in 2014 and has helped hundreds of clients get their lives back on track.

Born in Waterbury and raised in Southbury, attorney Thibodeau has a special connection to the greater Waterbury area. During his time at Pomperaug Highschool he played on the 2004/2005 State Champion football team, who finished season with a perfect 13-0 record. After graduating Pomperaug Highschool in 2006, he pursued his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Sociology at the University of Hartford, where he was the team captain of the Men's Rugby Club. After graduating from the University of Hartford in 2010, he received a doctorate in law from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2014. During law school, he worked as a student attorney at the Rhode Island Attorney General's Office in Providence, Rhode Island where he worked with the prosecution during several trials and assisted the attorneys with all stages of litigation in.
Admitted to practice in Connecticut since 2014, Mr. Thibodeau has appeared in every Criminal Court in Connecticut, including Federal District courts of Hartford, Bridgeport, and New Haven, as well as before the United States Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit.
